Sexy Dresses a la Forever 21

This summer I have plenty of excuses to dress up - July is my birthday month {yay!}, Katy's upcoming bachelorette party and then wedding, and a planned overnight in Vegas during my roadtrip out to California!
While scoping out some of Forever 21's new arrivals {which is practically a hobby of mine}, I couldn't help but notice several affordably chic dresses. I kind of want them all!
